Auditra is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and leverages Firebase services, a platform known for its robust security and reliability. GCP's infrastructure is protected by multiple layers of security to prevent any unauthorized access to our servers.

Firebase and GCP undergo regular independent security audits and comply with major international standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and SOC 3.

• Encryption in Transit: All data transferred between your browser and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security).
• Encryption at Rest: All your data, including user information and uploaded documents, is encrypted at rest in our databases and storage systems.

We treat the documents you upload with the utmost confidentiality. They are your proprietary information.

• Your documents are processed by our AI models in a secure, isolated environment.
• We do not share the content of your documents with any third parties. Anonymized and aggregated data may be used solely for the purpose of improving our AI models and service performance, without any of your personal or company identifiers.
• Our employees do not have access to your uploaded documents unless required for a support request you initiate.

We enforce strict access control policies within our organization to ensure only authorized personnel can access production systems for maintenance and support.

Regular backups of your data are taken to ensure we can recover from any unforeseen disasters.
