Welcome to Auditra (“we,” “our,” “us”). We provide an AI-powered SaaS platform that extracts, analyzes, and reviews shipping documents against Egyptian compliance regulations. By accessing or using our service, you (“you,” “your,” “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Our platform uses AI algorithms to read and analyze documents and compare them to Egyptian import/export requirements.

• The results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal or regulatory approval.
• Accuracy may be affected by the quality of uploaded files, incomplete data, or regulatory changes.
• You are solely responsible for confirming compliance with relevant authorities.

• You must only upload documents you have the legal right to use.
• You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and lawful.
• If using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

• Users located in Egypt must register as either an individual or a company, and may be required to upload supporting documents (e.g., national ID, commercial registration, VAT certificate).
• Users outside Egypt must register as a company and upload valid Commercial Registration and VAT documentation before account activation.
• Accounts with invalid or unverifiable documents may be suspended or terminated.

• All documents are stored securely and encrypted.
• We will not share your documents with third parties except as required by law.
• Documents may be deleted automatically after 30 days unless you choose to store them under your account.
• If you are in the EU or processing EU data, we comply with GDPR.

The service operates on a credit system:

• Egypt: Credit prices are displayed in EGP before checkout and may include clearly disclosed volume savings.
• Outside Egypt: Credits are purchased at a fixed rate of USD 1 per credit. Credit consumption depends on the service and document size.

Credit Expiration: Purchased credits and non-pilot promotional credits do not expire. The 20 pilot credits, including additional pilot credits approved by an administrator, expire when the original or extended pilot period ends and their unused balance is reset to zero.

Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day 100% money-back guarantee for unused credits and subscriptions under global SaaS standards. If you are unsatisfied or change your mind, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase on any unused credit packages by contacting support. Used credits are non-refundable.

You must not:

• Upload false, forged, or illegal documents.
• Use the platform to misrepresent compliance.
• Reverse-engineer or copy the service code or AI models.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any compliance results. We are not liable for:

• Financial losses.
• Customs or government penalties.
• Delays or damages caused by reliance on our analysis.

You are solely responsible for confirming compliance with customs authorities.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• You fail to complete verification requirements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Egypt.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
